Oxiperm OCG-166 is an automatic, compact chlorine dioxide dosing system. It is used to treat drinking water, industrial waste, process and cooling waters, and wastewater.

Oxiperm OCG-166 has state-of-the art sensors, and a PLC with an interactive graphical display.

Six performances stages can be selected from, depending on the application. Oxiperm OCG-166 can dose quantities ranging from 0.75 to 10kg/h.

Oxiperm OCG-166 is available in two versions: with limit switches at the flowmeters; or with analog scanning (4-20mA) of the entire measuring range.

The version with analog scanning allows a variety of evaluation possibilities, for example, display and printing of bar graphs and curve diagrams.

Features include:
• Menu-controlled plain text and flow scheme operator prompting, with graphical display of operational and fault messages.
• Password protection of the system from unauthorised access.
• Storage of possible fault messages in the memory, which can be printed at any stage.
• Optional Profibus interface, with a PC or a process control system.
