The TC007 is a robust in-line turbidimeter designed for a wide range of industrial process applications. It uses the nephelometric method of turbidity measurement in accordance with ISO 7027:1999(E).

The TC007 has easy-to-use menu-based software with a user configurable display that shows the turbidity value in real time. Additionally, the TC007 has a database and event handler to capture vital process information for use in quality assurance and plant control reports. All data is easily transferable to a PC via a USB interface.

Optic fibres are used to pipe light from within the TC007 enclosure to the sampling point and back. This means that all the electricity is kept within the analyser enclosure, permitting safe operation in even the most hazardous of environments.

Optic fibres can be ordered in lengths up to 50m and are well suited for harsh industrial environments. Standard fibers have a silicone-coated steel jacket and can withstand temperatures up to 200°C. A range of robust flow-cell manifolds is also available dependent upon the process and application.
