Multiple chambered batch incinerators are designed to accommodate mixed waste streams, while complying with the higher temperatures and residence times that are required by environmental agencies.
They are programmed for batch loading up to the design capacity, upon which the control cycle is activated, initiating a programmed preheat/ignition/incineration/burn down/cool down cycle. The unit can then be cleaned out and the cycle repeated as necessary.
Multiple chambered batch incinerator units can operate with a minimum amount of auxiliary fuel usage. They are suitable for non-critical waste streams where holding waste for batch load operation is applicable
The systems are cost effective and provide high performance against other competitive equipment in the same class.
