Polycompact® PolyMix mixing and dosing units provide automatic and continuous provision of an equally concentrated polymer parent or post solution with exact definition of concentration by the user.

The regulated product/neat polymer pump transfers the neat polymer to the point of injection, where the flow is constantly monitored and recorded, then the regulated post solution pump transfers the necessary amount of preparation water from the storage container.

The neat polymer and the preparation water are transferred to the dynamic mixing unit, which completes the wetting process to create the solution. The prepared solution is then ready for use in any dosing application.

Polycompact® PolyMix units are completely automated, they have a compact design and feature an easy to use touchscreen control panel.

They are very accurate and can automatically cope with changes in water pressure.
