Specialising in high volume, low pressure, oil-free machines where high reliability is required, AERZEN's units are PED rated and can be ATEX certified.

AERZEN's range of vacuum boosters pumps includes standard roots type units and pre-cooled inlet style machines, as well as a range of high capacity canned motor units which are seal free.

AERZEN oil-injected screw compressor stages for plant air applications are supplied to system builders worldwide.

Package blower and compressor sets can be delivered in acoustic enclosures with intake filters, outlet silencers, drive assemblies and monitoring gauges. All items are specifiable to ensure tailored solutions with regards to low noise levels or paint specifications.

Positive displacement blowers and turbo blowers are both used in sewage treatment processes. AERZEN offers both technologies facilitating tailor-made solutions for plant operators.

Air blower and exhausters offer flow rates from 30 to 15000m³/hr up to 1 barG.

Single stage screw compressors can deliver 200 to 15000m³/hr flow rates at 1 to 3.5 barG.

The turbo blower AERZEN Turbo Generation 5 is designed for high intake volume flows from 4.000 m³/h to 13.200 m³/h. The speed-controlled and oil-free machines offer advantages in terms of high performance and efficiency in wastewater treatment.
