FFR Ultrasonics specialises in application technology of high power ultrasonic energy. The company has a broad base of customers spread right across British industry, including many household multi-national names such as GEC, ICI, Unilever, Nestles (Rowntree Mackintosh), Tioxide, Pilkingtons, Smith and Nephew, W S Atkins, Purac and Anglia Water plc, plus various smaller firms of about 200 in total. Customer financed developments and consultancy are a significant proportion of FFR's activities. FFR also has links with many UK universities.
