Drayton Tank & Accessories - grp and thermoplastic storage tanks

Drayton Tank & Accessories provides WRAS-approved GRP storage tanks suitable for storing potable water, cold water, hot water, wastewater, sewage and other effluents, chemicals, and most other liquids.

• GRP storage tanks
Tanks are manufactured according to BS EN 13280:2001. Single-piece tanks and two-piece horizontally-split tanks are available. Bolted lids are an option with both types. Sectional tanks in 500 and 1000mm sections and internally flanged sectional tanks are also offered. All tanks are available with or without insulation (HCFC free).

• Tank fittings and accessories.
Equilibrium and delayed action float valves, level switches, contents gauges, stub flange connections, and screened overflows up to 24 BSP are also supplied.

• GRP accessories
Drayton offers custom-built housings and kiosks, available with a variety of options.
Ball valve housings, drip trays, manways, covers, and weir, baffle and division plates for tanks, as well as Type AB airgap solutions, are also provided.

Single-piece storage tanks
Capacity: 45–100,000 litres.
Max. width: 3000mm; max. height: 2500mm.

Two-piece storage tanks
Capacity: 227–12000 litres.
Max. width: 3000mm; max. height: 2000mm; max. length: 3000mm.

Sectional tanks
Capacity: 500–1,000,000 litres
Max. height: 3000mm. Tanks can be produced in any length and width.
Individual panels are 1000x1000mm and
500x1000mm as standard.

• Technical data
Standard tanks are suitable for water temperatures up to 30°C. Feed and expansion (F&E) tanks are suitable for water temperatures up to 70°C and chemical tanks are suitable for water temperatures up to 90°C. All tanks are suitable for a number of chemical solutions.
