Treatment plant improves water purity for dye process
Hydroklear's client's plant, based in Hanoi, Vietnam, specialised in the dyeing of threads for the clothes manufacturing industry. The problem of poor incoming water quality was resolved by HKS designing and building a full water treatment plant operating in multiple stages
Hydroklear (HKS) was approached by a previous customer with a water problem.
The client's plant was based in Hanoi, Vietnam (rather than in Paisley as the previous plant had been) and specialised in the dyeing of threads for the clothes manufacturing industry.
The incoming water quality was poor and a water treatment scheme was required to treat the source water to a sufficient purity that would improve the dyeing process.
Higher quality water was required to achieve the correct penetratration and adherence of dye to the threads.
Solution
HKS designed and built a full water treatment plant operating in multiple stages, and shipped it to Hanoi.
HKS then provided 'flat-pack' style instructions to allow the client to assemble the equipment and complete the installation before HKS sent over a commissioning team.
HKS then provided a full commissioning support as well as support via telephone and Skype.
Outcome
Following full commissioning, the client was confident that the water treatment plant would ensure that the quality of product leaving the factory was 100%.
