Food-grade polyethylene cone tanks (200-30,000L)

The Enduratank range of polyethylene cone tanks is designed for the containment of liquids with specific gravity up to 1.5sg.

The tanks, also called conical or cone-bottom tanks, are a single-piece construction made from food-grade, high-density polyethylene.

They permit easy viewing of content level in natural light, and allow for the full drainage of tank contents for quality control and the removal of solids.

Manufacture

Enduratank cone tanks are constructed using corrosion-resistant, UV-stabilised, high-density, food-grade polyethylene. All tanks have a full drain outlet (1” diameter for 200- and 250-litre tanks; 2” diameter for larger tanks), and a lid which can be vented or non-vented (455mm diameter for 200 to 4,200-litre tanks; 620mm for larger tanks).

WRAS-approved tanks are supplied with a Bye-law 30 kit (Bye-law 60 in Scotland), and can be fitted with a Type AB air gap as an optional extra.

A heavy-duty galvanised steel support frame is supplied as standard, but tanks can also be supplied without frame.
