Liquiline System CAT820 is an in-situ filtration system for preparing samples for colorimetric measurements in wastewater treatment plants, surface water reservoirs and industrial processes.

The ceramic filter facilitates the preparation of accurate and repeatable measurements, particularly for dissolved ammonia and phosphate.

CAT820 can be combined with the modular Flexdip holder to cater for specific processes.

Sampling process

A peristaltic pump is used to take the sample. The sample is drawn in via the filter element, filtered and fed to the analyser. An optional cleaning valve enables backflushing of the filter unit with compressed air.
