Smart Conveying Technology (SCT) means quick maintenance, significantly reduced life cycle costs and the shortest maintenance downtime.
The design of SCT anables the rotor/stator sealing line to be adjusted to suit the application and compensate for wear, leading to more than double the lifetime of the rotor and stator. SCT technology also shortens the maintenance time on the rotor and stator by up to 85%.
The main design principle is the 2 piece stator held in place by 4 retaining segments combined with the smart rotor which can be removed without disturbing the universal joint. These 2 elements mean that removal, inspection and replacement of both the rotor and stator can be done without pipework removal from either suction or discharge sections of the pump.
SEEPEX pumps with SCT are successfully used in virtually all industries, applications and media. The patented SEEPEX 1-stage design innovation has won numerous awards. In addition to the well-established 1-stage design for pressures up to 4 bar, SCT is also available in a 2-stage design for pressures up to 8 bar.
