AERZEN HV Series High Vacuum Blowers are oil-free positive displacement blowers made from materials suitable for air, neutral, and aggressive gases. Designed for industrial high-vacuum applications, the range covers intake volume flows from 180 to 97,000 m³/h and vacuum levels from 10^-3 to 200 mbar. Units are air-cooled, use splash lubrication, and allow both horizontal and vertical installation.
