Before you step on-site for your landscape scheme, commercial development, civil engineering project, sports facility, or building construction, you’ll need to make one thing clear – and that’s your site.
Getting site-ready
The MCM team has been helping clients get site-ready for over 25 years. Need it clear? MCM will take it away – that’s concrete away, tarmac away, ballast away, breakout, hardcore or mixed recyclables – all inert waste. Inspected, identified, and coded to the correct EWC classification, if you have it and don’t want it, we’ll take it away.
Inert waste
Inert waste, as classified by its EWC codes, is “waste that does not undergo any significant physical, chemical or biological transformations”. In other words, materials that are unreactive and do not decompose.
Inspect, identify, classify, remove, recycle
Whether you are clearing a demolition site in Surrey, readying a new landscape in Central London, or de-commissioning a petrol station in the South East, MCM provides the full service for the removal and recycling of waste material, finding the most cost-effective, regulated environmental routes for your waste streams.
Removal and recycling of site waste
If you have a site to clear and waste to manage, MCM will ensure remediation is completed, removing and recycling with your economic and environmental considerations at the fore. Through our established network of recycling partners and an MCM team experienced in the management of waste, we’ll get you in the clear. As a company, we work closely with our waste outlets and are striving towards a Pathway to Zero.
MCM’s muckaway services cater to the identification, classification and remediation of inert, hazardous and non-hazardous materials by grab lorries and tippers.
