Heathland Group designed, manufactured and installed an OxiAir HD 13 diffused aeration system at Cliff Lakes water sports venue in Tamworth, Birmingham.

Requirements

Cliff Lakes required aeration for part of its lake which houses its water sports facilities to improve water quality for the members of the public taking part. The system needed to provide:

  • Low running costs

  • Reliable equipment

  • Low maintenance

  • Safe for water users

  • Reliable with reduced maintenance requirements

  • Good warranties

A fountain was also required for aesthetic purposes.

About OxiAir HD

The OxiAir HD diffused lake aerator is designed and developed with depth in mind and can aerate lakes up to 10m+ deep. The super-silent bankside compressor pumps air through the diffuser membranes situated on the lake bed.
