Health and safety when injecting chemicals into drinking water or effluent, for treatment, is a serious business. Most solutions for chemical dosing in the UK have suitable and sufficient dual-containment from the pressure side of an application, to all points except where the chemical is actually introduced into the process media. HKS has this covered with its range of lance boxes that allow the dosing lances to be fully enclosed and dosing lines to be suitably terminated.

The HKS lance box range follows a simply, chemical-resistant design and products are adaptable to size of pipe / static mixer and to numbers of lances.

HKS has also been challenged to provide a solution for a vertical connection, rather than a horizontal installation.

Most applications include a level probe and small frost stat heater, where some special cases call for flow switches or other additional loading valves. HKS can provide all of these.
