Blowing system

  • Functionality: allows for the discharge of free-flowing dry materials through a hose, including discharge into a silo or ballast / gravel onto a flat roof.

  • Operation: after filling and subsequent tipping of the tank, products flow into the blowing outlet. The product is pneumatically transported through the blowing hose using airflow and pressure supplied by the vacuum pump via an internal aeration and venturi system.

  • Performance: capable of blowing up to 40mm dry material over 200m horizontally and 70m vertically.

  • Hydraulic hammers: a set of hydraulic hammers under the main tank and filter housing to help remove material that sticks in the barrel when tipping.
