Reliable and verifiable digital sensor for measuring pH, conductivity, chlorine and dissolved oxygen. Data can be saved directly in the sensor, guaranteeing interference-free measuring signals, whilst simplifying process measuring technology.

Memosens eliminates the problems of moisture ingress, leakages and corrosion. Its inductive, plug-in connection and bayonet lock offer complete galvanic isolation.

Inside, the sensors unique capabilities are enabled by its integrated circuit board. Manufacturing data, current sensor properties and sensor history can all be recorded and used as a basis for predictive maintenance. The Memosens also stores calibration data, as well as as overall time in operation, maximum / minimum values and temperature.

Memosens sensors can be precalibrated under optimum conditions in the laboratory and then simply replaced in the measuring point, eliminating the problems associated with difficult-to-access measuring points. The sensors identify themselves within the application - each measuring point recognises its individual sensor, providing a significant reduction in downtime.

Memosens 2.0 technology

With Memosens 2.0, measuring points become completely future-proof and ready for IIoT.

Memosens 2.0 benefits

Connected

Memosens 2.0 offers extended storage of calibration, sensor and process data. It facilitates better trend identification, a more precise process management and provides a future-proof basis for predictive maintenance and IIoT services.

Seamless integration

Memosens 2.0 and Liquiline offer numerous protocols, interfaces and bus communication for fast integration into existing infrastructures and plant asset management.

Safe

Non-contact digital data transmission eliminates the effects of moisture, corrosion, and salt bridges with alert messaging if the signal transmission is disturbed. Galvanic isolation ensures interference-free measurement and EMC safety.

Simple

Calibration under favorable lab conditions, lockable bayonet connector and true plug & play make sensor handling a breeze.

Reduced operating costs

On-site sensor exchange using pre-calibrated sensors reduces process downtime and regular regeneration extends sensor lifetime.
