The Dosing CUBE was designed and built by WES Ltd for emergency situations where chemical dosing is required or when IBCs are used over long periods. The Dosing CUBE was designed and built by WES Ltd for emergency situations where chemical dosing is required or when IBCs are used over long periods.
The Dosing CUBE can be attached (via supplied brackets) to an IBC or a bund wall if used in conjunction with an existing storage tank.
The Dosing CUBE consists of: a rugged, lockable and weatherproof container into which is fitted a digital dosing pump, a PRV/PLV, dual contained dosing lines, a bund with leak detection and drain plug, a control box with a 7 day timer, and integrated splash screens.
A digital dosing pump measures the input flow requirement and doses directly into the pump. It will also accept a flowmeter signal.
Dual contained pipework complies with health and safety and environmental requirements when using hazardous chemicals.
The control box has a 7 day timer with a 6 year memory. It is used for stop/start control.
If there is a problem, the Dosing CUBE will contain any leakage with a bund and safely switch off the pump. Any leaked chemical can be drained via the bund drain plug.
