Vantage™ M84 units are pacakged, single-pass, eight-inch reverse osmosis units designed for a variety of industrial applications requiring high-quality equipment with fast delivery.
The units are pre-engineered, pre-assembled and factory-tested to minimise installation and start-up time. The Vantage™ M84 is available in four models, Economy, Plus, Deluxe and Select.
The Economy (M84E) is controlled by a microprocessor.
The Plus (M84P) is controlled by Siemens PLC and has a user-friendly touch screen HMI (human machine interface).
The Deluxe (M84D) is controlled by Siemens PLC and a variable frequency drive (VFD) for flow control and Clean in Place (CIP) functions. It also has pH/ORP monitoring technology.
The Select (M84S) is a Duplex package with a stainless steel frame, stainless steel piping and a stainless steel control panel.
Standard features on the unit include a choice of brackish water or low energy TFC membranes to ensure optimum water quality, a high-pressure 316 stainless steel vertical, multistage feed pump, ASME Code FRP, RO pressure vessels with ASME pressure relief protection, PVC low-pressure feed, product and reject piping (316L stainless steel for Select model), 316L stainless steel high-pressure piping and urethane coated carbon steel frame (304 stainless steel for Select) rated for Seismic Zone 4 anchorage.
Dry contacts are provided for chemical feed, pretreatment equipment, storage tank levels and pressure switches. Alarm and shut down conditions are indicated on the control interface.
