Westbury Filtermation Ltd was formed in 2008 by the amalgamation of Westbury Filters and Filtermation Products Ltd. The company was further enhanced in 2011 by the acquisition of Davis Industrial Filters.

The company has its headquarters in Burnley where large centralised production and warehousing facilities are situated. Custom support in the South of England is provided by modern offie and warehouse facilities close to the M25 and Gatwick Airport in Surrey.
