AMPS was incorporated in 1989 and represents manufacturers and suppliers of power generation equipment.
It promotes the interests of member companies worldwide, providing representation on international and European standards committees to raise issues such as technical standards, government and EU legislation.
AMPS has over 80 members ranging from large multinationals to small specialist suppliers.
