Through two trading divisions, Alrad Imaging and Alrad Electronics , Alrad offer thousands of product items from the world's leading manufacturers. The company also provide installation, demonstration, and product support services.

The heavy emphasis placed on customer service and quality management is recognised by ISO9001 certification through Lloyds. Furthermore, Alrad Instruments Ltd takes its responsibilities under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE regulations) extremely seriously and has taken steps to be compliant in line with their corporate and social responsibilities.
