Helapet manufacture a complete range of custom made and off-the-shelf inline disc filtration devices, using a variety of depth membrane, screen media and filtration media. A choice of micron rating from 0.01 micron – 1000 micron, combined with a selection of disc sizes, connections and OEM branding, provides our customers with the ideal solution for their filter application.

Our in-process consultancy service allows unrivalled flexibility in developing and producing your filter, and our in house testing facilities guarantee top performance using air flow, housing integrity, bubble point, porosity and bacterial challenge tests.

Product features and capabilities

Housing materials
A choice of disc sizes ranging from 24mm – 50mm diameter with a range of housing materials in amorphous or crystalline plastic materials.

Media choice
A variety of depth, membrane and screen medias are available in a range of micron sizes from 0.01 micron – 1000 micron with a choice of materials to suit bespoke applications and a selection of pre-filter and multiple layer configurations.

Bespoke Connectors
A comprehensive range of connectors can be selected from male and female luers through to barb connectors, bespoke and combination options.

OEM own label
Our tampo printing technology allows us to incorporate your logo onto the printing of the filter housing, offering brand marketing opportunities that produce customer loyalty. Masterbatch coding enables a variety of colours to be produced for differentiation and coding.

In House testing facilities
Our in house testing facilities include air flow, housing integrity, bubble point, porosity and bacterial challenge tests.
