Water treatment

Using all available technologies, we supply pure water treatment systems for power generation, electronics / photovoltaic, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and other industrial applications. We also supply ‘Functional Water’ Systems that are finding increasing use in the Electronics sector, where they enable both quicker component cleaning times and reduced operating costs.

Wastewater treatment

We supply plants for most industries, focussing heavily on high COD applications, such as dairies, pulp and paper etc., using advanced anaerobic technologies to generate heat and power to operate the plant and often using the excess within the factory.

Our wastewater recycling systems make the user less dependent on mains water supplies, and also reduce overall operating costs significantly.

For high BOD wastewater, we often supply systems that generate power from the biogas produced by the anaerobic treatment systems, thus minimising both operating costs and the overall environmental impact.

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems

H+E has developed an advanced ZLD system that is used in circumstances where there is either a severe water supply shortage, or where wastewater discharge is not permitted (or both).

The highly efficient system achieves the desired goals at minimum operating cost.
