In Middlewich, Cheshire, British Salt operates a state-of-the-art, highly efficient and technically advanced salt plant. From here it supplies over half the UK’s pure white salts offering the broadest product range.

Its range of salts and derivatives salt products are produced using ecologically sound processes in a self sufficient, environmentally friendly, high efficiency operation.

British Salt has the capability to produce in excess of 800,000 tonnes annually but and because of the efficiency of its extraction and processing operations, can optimize production across its range of products to meet cyclical volume demands of individual products.
