Food pH Meter PCE-228M is a handheld device for measuring pH and temperature in food such as sausage, meat, and cheese. Data can be saved to an SD card as Excel files or transferred to a PC via RS-232. Automatic or manual temperature compensation is possible using a stainless steel sensor. Battery operated and suitable for laboratory use.
