Available in two sizes and provides a secure and space effective means of locating a dosing system, in-line mixer (pipe flocculator), treatment chemicals and any other monitoring equipment – all within a 20 or 10ft ISO container to prevent unauthorised access and vandalism.

The containerised settlement treatment system comes complete with all necessary equipment to allow: the flow proportional/pH proportional dosing of the treatment chemicals and their mixing with the water to be treated. As a plug and play package, all the dosing equipment is provided with external connections for wastewater and power. Easy access is provided by an operator access door and a roller shutter for easy access to replenish multiple IBC chemical storage containers.

Recovery of the treated suspended solids would normally be achieved using either a Siltbuster lamella clarifier or Siltbuster dissolved air flotation (DAF) unit which would be located external to the dosing system, alternatively the treated solids can be recovered in a settlement lagoon on construction sites.

Siltbuster containerised in-line dosing systems can be supplied as a standalone system or as part of a complete water treatment package.
