Bio-Oxygen for Chicken Processing

CASE STUDY - Red Lea has been producing chicken in Australia for over 60 years. The company installed Bio-Oxygen air sterilisation systems in order to reduce bacteria and sterilise its slaughter and poultry meat storage areas.

Before and after swab tests showed a 96.9% reduction in airborne bacteria and a 90% reduction on surfaces.

CASE STUDY - Codina & Son Chickens also installed Bio-Oxygen achiving a 99.9% plate count reduction and 97.8% airborne "bioburden" test reduction. 

UK CASE STUDY - Bio-Oxygen Europe are currenlty working with UK Chicken Processors under NDA. 

About Bio-Oxygen systems

Bio-Oxygen is a low-voltage electronic system which is fitted inside the ventilation to clean the air and surfaces. We treat odour and sterilise indoor areas and remove the odour from exhaust air.

Using only the oxygen in the ambient air, Bio-Oxygen removes odours, gases and chemicals in the air in less than 15 seconds, and actively removes bacteria, fungi, yeast, mould, mildew, protozoa and viruses. Because the system is natural and safe, and does not use chemicals, carbon filters, UV or ozone, staff can continue to work whilst it is cleaning.
