Reverse Osmosis (RO)

Reverse Osmosis plants are suited to several applications, from sea water desalination, brackish or well water purification for drinking, to industrial applications of various types including feed water for resins for demineralisation, water for thermal power stations, food, chemical, electronic, pharmaceutical plating industries, etc. The reverse osmosis technology also permits, with suitable pre-treatments, the recovery of some types of discharge water.

Ultrafiltration (Uf)

Ultrafiltration can be used to target waterborne bacteria, protozoa and some viruses. Nanofiltration removes these microorganisms, as well as most natural organic matter and some natural minerals. These membrane filtration processes are used when conventional treatment technologies fail.

Membrane technology is also?effective at targeting many emerging contaminants including herbicides and pesticides and can play a key role in industrial water recycling.

Adsorption/Oxidation
