Inspectahire provides advanced remote visual inspection (RVI) technologies that enable engineers to assess the condition of pipelines, drainage systems, and industrial infrastructure without intrusive excavation or shutdown. Two key solutions in the Inspectahire portfolio are the Camtronics push camera systems and the iPEK robotic crawler platforms, each designed for different inspection environments.
The Camtronics MiniFlex2 push camera system is a compact, modular inspection solution designed for smaller diameter pipelines and confined spaces. With push-rod lengths typically ranging from 15 to 50 metres and interchangeable high-resolution camera heads, the system delivers clear real-time video for fast, reliable inspections. Its portable design makes it well suited for applications including sewer and drainage surveys, process pipe inspections, building services checks, and maintenance diagnostics in industrial and municipal infrastructure.
For larger or more complex pipeline networks, iPEK robotic crawler systems provide a powerful remote inspection capability. Platforms such as the Rovion crawler are equipped with multi-wheel drive traction, pan-and-tilt cameras, high-intensity lighting, and long-range cable reels, allowing operators to navigate pipelines and capture detailed inspection footage over extended distances. These systems are commonly used for structural pipeline assessments, identifying cracks, corrosion, deformation, blockages, and other defects.
Together, these technologies give asset owners a flexible inspection toolkit to support preventative maintenance, asset integrity management, and safer infrastructure operations.
