LiquidCore is a polymer piping system engineered for single-phase direct-to-chip liquid cooling in data centres. The system enables stable flow, coolant purity and energy-efficient circulation between the coolant distribution unit (CDU) and cold plates, resisting corrosion, scaling and contamination throughout its service life. Rack distribution piping made from beta-nucleated polypropylene (PP-H)

Quick Connect Valve 700 and in-rack manifold made from polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF/SYGEF).

LiquidCore's polymer piping can be used for evaporative coolers, chillers, water-cooled condensers, dry coolers, cooling towers and heat pumps.

Facility Water System (FWS) configurations use pre-fabricated pump station skids in polyethylene (PE100) for faster installation and simplified logistics.
