LiquidCore is a polymer piping system engineered for single-phase direct-to-chip liquid cooling in data centres. The system enables stable flow, coolant purity and energy-efficient circulation between the coolant distribution unit (CDU) and cold plates, resisting corrosion, scaling and contamination throughout its service life. Modular, pre-fabricated build, reduces installation time and supports long-term operational reliability.

Jointing options include infrared (IR) fusion, offering contact-free melting to eliminate contamination risk

In-rack manifold construction carries a UL94 V-0 fire rating.
Design and support
GF provides end-to-end design, engineering and pre-fabrication support.
Design support covers pipe stress analysis, thermal and flow simulation, 3D modelling and structural integration of pipe racks and modules.
Options and variations
LiquidCore's polymer piping can be used for evaporative coolers, chillers, water-cooled condensers, dry coolers, cooling towers and heat pumps.
Facility Water System (FWS) configurations use pre-fabricated pump station skids in polyethylene (PE100) for faster installation and simplified logistics.
