The Ionmaster ACTB is a complete rinse water recovery and reuse system. Provided on a polypropylene skid with a stainless steel flow pump, rate of flow indicator, pressure gauge and pump control system, it has a compact footprint and is easy to install.

The process rinse water is fed from a holding tank through stage one, where organic and particulate matter is removed. It then flows into stage two, where positively-charged cation impurities are exchanged out. In stage three, negatively-charged anion impurities are exchanged out to produce deionised water.

The system regeneration is fully automatic, and is initiated by a sustained rise in deionised water conductivity. Alternatively, the operator can manually initiate the regeneration.
