Sattler double membrane gas holders are low-pressure dry gas storage tanks designed for sewage treatment plant, industrial waste and farm waste applications.

They have a low maintenance and easily installed design, and call for only low running costs.

Sattler gas holders comprise an external membrane that forms the visible outer round contour of the tank, an internal membrane and a bottom membrane which encloses the actual gas space.

They are made from highly tear-resistant polyester fabrics with a special PVC surface treatment and acrylate varnish. The maximum tensile strength of the PES fabric is tested according to DIN 53 354 and reaches in both the warp and weft direction a minimum of 5.500 N/5cm width of stripe.

In addition, the fabrics are highly flame-proof according to DIN 4102-B1. Higher specification fabrics are available on request.
