500 Style pumps are part of Flotronics F Series of air-operated double diaphragm pumps. These pumps are suitable for both simple transfer and continuous duty process applications using PTFE faced multi-million cycle diaphragms as standard.
PVC and PVDF versions are also available.
F Series pumps use Flotronics one-nut design. Each pump is held together by one nut on the opposite side of the pump to the external air valve.
This design allows in-line diaphragm replacement to be accomplished in less than 15 minutes, with a complete stripdown and rebuild possible in less than 20 minutes.
