PlastOk offers cartridge filter vessels for almost any process application. They are typically used in the water supply, food and beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Filter vessels can be manufactured to customer specifications, including materials, connection types, sizes and orientation. This is especially useful where a filter is being fitted to an existing plant.

Vessels are sized according to the process requirements, and can accommodate a single, 250mm standard element, or multiple elements up to 1m long.

The cartridges vary from nominal wound yam type for general filtration, through to absolute pleated paper type with a high-filtration area or media depth, for sub-micron, highly accurate filtration down to 0.1 micron. Micron ratings are either nominal - approximate or absolute (accurate).

The filters are made in grade 316 stainless steel and can be lined for chemical resistance. Linings are in FEP, PP or PVDF.
