Minibulk® chemical storage systems allow users to take delivery from tankers or lorry-mounted IBCs by low-pressure discharge (up to 14 psi) with the minimum of danger and no rental or cleaning charges.

The systems remove the dangers associated with manual lifting, reduce exposure to chemicals, and provide the assurance of bunded containment.

Minibulk® systems follow the recommendations regarding the safe storage and handling of products from the major chemical suppliers.

The systems are designed to suit specified applications. For example, thermoplastic systems will normally be black to protect the contents from the effects of UV light.

Standard features include safety bund, 600mm-diameter top inspection
manway, vent with cowl, inlet feed pipe, outlet with valve, overflow with downpipe and spill catchment area with separate drain, spindle-operated outlet valve isolation, and bund drain plug.

They are suitable for use with acetic acid, ammonia, battery acid, calcium chloride, caustic potash, caustic soda, detergents, ferric chloride, ferric sulphate, formic acid, formaldehyde, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sodium hypochlorite, sulphuric acid, and water.
