They offer control, regulation and optimisation of sludge thickening and dewatering, as well as process control systems with or without remote-controlled maintenance.
Features: • Automatic and continuous preparation of an equally concentrated polymer parent or post solution in a three-chamber cross flow operation. • Economical, effective utilisation of the flocking aids and avoidance of lumping by means of the high-performance wash-in disperser. • Minimal alterations required to enable the use of liquid, pumpable polymers. • Provision of sufficient, optimally matured polymer parent or post solution, via control-of extraction material flow using level regulation in the extraction chamber. • The usable volume of the three chambers and the coordinated throughput amount guarantee the preparation of an optimally matured polymer parent or post solution. • Prepares and maintains a previously defined solution concentration via separately adjustable amounts of flocking aids and water.
