CONTAIN-It Plus is a double containment plastic piping system for minimising personal and environmental risks within industrial applications.

Regulations already in effect, or governmental ordinances, can dictate double containment systems. Wherever environmentally-hazardous media need to be conveyed, the accident risk can be practically eliminated with the use of double piping and leak detection.

The inner pipe is available in PVC-C, PVC-U, PVDF, PP and PE. The outer pipe is PE or PVC-U. Dimensions range from 20mm inner pipe / 50mm outer pipe, up to 225mm inner / 315mm outer.

The system provides separate joints of inner and outer pipe, guaranteeing visible control of each fusion or cement joint according to George Fischer's recommendations and the DVS fusion regulations.

The inner pipe is pressure-tested before connecting the outer pipe in order to detect any leakage from the inner pipe immediately. The double containment piping system starts and ends with termination fittings, allowing splitting the piping system into different leak containment sections.
