Q45CT toroidal conductivity monitor
The Q45CT toroidal conductivity monitor is designed to give reliable online monitoring of aggressive chemical processes, water applications that would coat or foul traditional sensors and plating bath operations with high current densities. The sensor is comprised of two metallic ribbon coils that are fixed in place by the sensor jacket material
The Q45CT toroidal conductivity monitor is designed to give reliable online monitoring of aggressive chemical processes, water applications that would coat or foul traditional sensors and plating bath operations with high current densities.
The sensor is comprised of two metallic ribbon coils that are fixed in place by the sensor jacket material. The drive coil is used to induce a current in the process solution. The second sensing coil is used to measure the current in the process solution; the magnitude of this current is proportional to the conductivity of the process solution.
The sensor material is non-conductive, isolating the sensor from any electrical noise that could manipulate the readings.
The Q45CT toroidal conductivity monitor has two-point and sample calibration options, including stability monitors to check temperature and main parameter stability before accepting data.
