Verdermag GLMD magnetic coupled pumps are medium capacity magnetic-drive pumps, used for concentrated chemicals including acids (such as hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid) and bases (such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide etc), ranging from virtually zero to full concentration. Application areas include the chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, OEMs, tank emptying and food processing.

Most concentrated chemicals are stored in tank farms, located outside of production facilities for safety and logistic reasons. Verdermag GLMD magnetic coupled pumps are used to pump these liquids into the plant, where they are used for production. Since these pumps are magnetic coupled and have no glands or packing, they are 100% leak free.

Verdermag GLMD pumps are manufactured in an ETFE-lined cast iron casing.
