It provides reduced volumes of heat transfer fluid (HTF) as well as high flow rates. The improved heat transfer results in quick and precise temperature control in reaction vessels and other closed systems. There is no HTF overflow, oxidisation or vapour, and no moisture absorption.
The fluid dynamics based pump design, with soft start, gives high flow rates, which allows quick and safe ramp rates to protect glass-lined or glass reaction vessels.
The Huber Unistat also features the Unistat Pilot which has a TFT touch screen display and shows user-defined data. Safety information, fluid pressure, jacket pressure and temperature can be displayed in a numerical or graphic format.
