The iCDS is a compact, containerised chemical dosing system capable of treating flow rates of over 100m3/hr. It offers a standard three-stage dosing designed to dose coagulants and flocculants on a flow proportional basis. This prevents the risk of overdosing. It can also automatically adjust the pH level to enable the pH to be both increased and/or decreased. An additional Siltbuster system can easily be added providing the option for 4 stage dosing for more complex water treatment requirements.

The iCDS’ storage area is fully bunded and secured by lockable, bi-fold gates on three sides providing maximum accessibility on site during chemical replenishment, which ensures a flexible solution for any location. The fourth side of the iCDS accommodates a heated, weather-proof and secure compartment, which contains the dosing pumps, flow meter and control system.
