SPIRAMATIC™ VSA Fine Drum Screens are integrated mechanical screening units designed for fine screening in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, as well as membrane bioreactor (MBR) pre-treatment applications. The system combines screening, washing, conveying, compacting, and dewatering of screenings in a single compact unit, eliminating the need for multiple pieces of equipment.

  • Fine drum screen for industrial water treatment and MBR plants

  • Screens, washes, conveys, compacts, and dewaters screenings in one integrated unit

  • Available in twelve standard channel widths from 600mm to 3,000mm

  • Choice of perforated plate or wedge-wire screening media

  • Fine filtration options from 0.5mm to 6.0mm

  • Triple face seal system maximises capture efficiency of fine solids

  • External spray bar continuously cleans the screen basket during operation

  • Self-cleaning screen basket and dewatering zone reduce maintenance requirements

  • Large self-lubricating bronze bushing eliminates the need for lubrication pumps

  • Durable cleaning brushes maintain optimum screening performance

  • Available in channel-mounted or tank-mounted configurations
