The Q45H/64 dissolved ozone analyser is designed to provide online monitoring and control of ozonation systems in drinking water and ultrapure water. It also provides the sensitivity that is required for demanding applications such as pharamceutical grade water or semiconductor wash water.

The Q45H/64 dissolved ozone analyser uses a membrane covered polarographic sensor, which eliminates the need for chemical reagents, minimising maintenance. There are no pumps or motors, which reduces maintenance even further.

With the standard 0-2ppm range, the monitor is ideally suited to water bottling systems or municipal water treatment. Even high range applications requiring 0-20 or 0-200ppm can be easily accommodated.

The Q45H/64 dissolved ozone sensors are generally implemented in a flowcell with sample piped to the flowcell using 1/4" I.D. sample tubing. A constant-head overflow system ensures stable flow and pressure across the sensor regardless of sample line fluctuations.

A portable data-logger version can be temporarily installed if required, or used for process studies. An optional pH sensor is available providing both dissolved ozone and pH analogue outputs from a single unit.
