The Q45D AutoClean dissolved oxygen monitor offers reliable dissolved oxygen measurement using a galvanic sensor with a rugged, 5 mil Teflon membrane to process and analyse the concentration of the oxygen.

The membrane resists mechanical abrasions and tears. It acts as a barrier to allow molecular oxygen to diffuse into the reaction cell where it is reduced, producing a current that is proportional to oxygen concentration.

The AutoClean system is available as an option to help reduce maintenance requirements. Supplying high pressure air blasts, it removes any build up of biological growth, foulants and contaminants from the sensor. The cleaning cycle frequency is adjustable to suit process requirements.
