The Hydro-Sludge® Screen is a superior sludge screening solution for municipal and industrial applications, delivering better performance and easier maintenance.

The unit is controlled on pressure utilising pneumatics to control a coned discharge for the screenings, meaning it is capable of achieving screenings with over 35% dry solids.

The units have an enclosed system that reduces odours and a user-friendly control panel, which is fully compliant with WIMES 3.04.

Two sizes of unit are available, Standard and Compact, which has proved particularly successful on cruise liners.

Hydro-Sludge® Screen uses stainless steel components in a robust spheroidal cast iron and fabricated steel housing.
