Duplex filters have a double-flow capacity; either side can be shut-off for filter bag replacement, without interrupting the liquid flow. This is carried out using butterfly valve technology.

Filters consist of a standard filter basket with a diameter of 175mm. They are available in single (375mm) or double (750mm) length.

The filter housing fits bags in filtration felt (1-100 microns), mono-filament woven gauze (100-1000 microns) in nylon, polyester and polypropylene, or strainer baskets in perforated sheet, with or without woven stainless steel wire mesh liners.

Other specialist filter media and materials are available. Products can be made to suit client requirements.
