PlastOk offers a complete range of screens, including vibration screens with ultrasonic screening for higher throughput of fine powders and an extended mesh life.

Vibratory screens are circular in shape and feature Sonoscreen® ultrasonic technology. They can be retrofit to existing screen frames. Replacement screens are also available.

Screens can be remeshed in stainless steel, carbon steel, nylon, polyester or polypropylene. The companys remeshing service includes the cleaning and preparation of the frame, the bonding of the mesh, and accurate tensioning for maximum efficiency.

As well as screens where ultrasonics are fitted, this service is available for all makes of sieving equipment where light and medium meshes are used.
