Tekna AKL solenoid dosing pumps are manufactured from PVDF, making them suitable for almost all chemicals used in industrial, wastewater treatment and potable water applications. They also feature ceramic ball valves, which improve the pumping reliability and chemical compatibility.

The Tekna AKL is an analogue dosing pump. It has a constant flow rate that is manually adjustable via a control dial on the front panel.

The advanced design and manufacturing process allows the diaphragm to have a long life expectancy. Made of solid PTFE, it is compatible with most chemicals and has been tested over a 5-year period. Routine diaphragm replacement is not required.

Tekna dosing pumps feature reduced power consumption, as the solenoid only draws the required power to activate the pump, based on the working conditions. This ensures stable dosing performance, as pump efficiency is not effected by power supply fluctuations.

The intelligent display reduces programming time. Menus are self explanatory and available in five languages.
