sera CVD (Compact Vertical Dosing) is a standardised dosing system that combines operational efficiency and reliability with short-term availability.

Because of the CVD’s modular design and sera’s wider ‘plug and dose’ principles, it is possible to add or replace fittings and components during, or even after, commissioning and without cost-intensive modifications. Defined pipe connections help reduce the costs of the installation to a minimum.

sera offers three dosing systems under the designation CVD1 for delivery rates of up to 60, 550 or 1500 litres per hour.

A larger system (CVD2) is available if higher delivery rates or simultaneous dosing of two different media is required.

Unlike the CVD1, this dosing system consists of two diaphragm pumps and the corresponding components. Just like the smaller dosing system, it can be upgraded with a number of optional accessories.
